    First cycle need advice

    I'm just over half way through my first coarse sus250 I smoke bulk cigarettes and don't really eat as much as I should cause I smoke... Training 4 to 5 days a week.. Should I have gained weight by now First 2 were a week apart and last 4 we're five days apart. Should I take something to substitute my lack of appetite or any other advice would be good

    Your cycle will only be as good as your diet. If u don't eat enough you won't bulk and if you eat too much you won't cut. Sounds like a cycle that you didn't take the time to figure out your diet and ultimately become unproductive. I hope you have a pct plan on order.

    Yeh wasn't really planned. Yeh pct is organised and stop smoking easier said than done.. What about protein or something it's hard to up ya diet dramatically when I've eaten the same way my whole life.. What do u have force feed ya self or something.. I've never been a big eater but never been skinny either

    Lol man you had to get used to eating alot before even starting cycle. Ur only chance now is to force feed 24/7 otherwise say good bye i mean you wont even say hi to your gainz lolz
