    Need advice please!!

    Hi gents

    The name is Luke

    Age: 24
    Height: 6ft
    Weight: 92kg
    Bf: 13 %

    The following will be my 2nd cycle

    Week 1 - 10 Deca at 350mg pw
    Week 1 - 12 Test E at 600mg pw
    (Once monday once thursday)
    Week 1 - 14 Arimidex at 0.5mg e3d
    Week 6 - 14 HCG 250 IU e3d
    Week 15 - 17 Clomid at 100/50/25 ed
    Nolva at 40/20/10 ed

    Let me know what you guys think.

    Hello Luke and welcome to the boards.

    If your numbers and bodyfat are accurate, than it looks pretty good to me. How's your diet look? And what was your first cycle?

    Shot for the reply im dieting to bulk. Im looking at getting 3500 calories 350g protein 320g carbs and 80g fat on a daily basis haha Got good protein shakes and fortunate of having an abudance of lean beefs for a reasonable price.... First cycle I was a little young but was a Dbol and Test cyp course but being 20 and through lack of knowledge no pct or ai so wasnt great to say the least.

    I run deca 12 weeks and test 14 because deca that's a little to kick in
    But plan looks good- I know there is mixed opinions but I run hcg basically from start.
    Also pct needs little work I run nolva 40/40/20/20 and clomid 75/50/50/25 4 weeks not 3

    Nice catch DJ. I usually run short esters and I missed the time frame on the deca.

    OP, I've seen some peeople run it 10 weeks, so its not unheard of, but I would stretch it out to atleast 12 weeks. It takes several weeks to kick in and you should still be going strong by week 10.

    Macros look good. I'd use shakes sparingly and try to get everything from whole food. Also, as much as I love ground beef, hopefully you have some variance in there (fish, chicken, etc.).

    Haha ofcourse!! Also got oats eggs and plenty veg one of the perks of living in South Africa I guess....Spreading out into about 6meals a day for peak physical enhancement Thanks again

    So PCT will be 4 weeks with Nolva at 40/40/ 20/20 ed and then Clomid 75/50/50/25 Ed ??
