    My First Cycle.

    Hello all.
I'm 22, yes I'm young, yes I know it's a bit early. I'm 5"11 80kg. Been lifting on and off since I was 16. I eat like a horse. I'm trying to push past a strength and gain barrier.

I don't want to just hear. Don't do it. Your too young. Everything's wrong. Or any of that. Maybe some slight adjustments that's what I'm after.
I find it hard to gain weight as I'm on a building site for 10 hours a day, I work very hard running round like a nutcase. I find it hard to gain weight but i am very strong at my weight but I'm not getting stronger or gaining size now I wanna push past this plateu.

I've finally decided to take the plunge and do my first cycle, I've weighed up the good vs the bad and all that. I was gonna do it, then I weren't and now I am lol. Things are already in motion. No harm in trying right?

I thought I would start reasonably mild just to see how my body reacts first with gains and side effects. Was just thinking on your opinions on here.

    I'm gonna run..
Week 1-4 Dianabol at 20mg every day.
Week 1-8 Test e at 275 per week
Week 9-12 One week after last shot take HCG at 2000iu every 5 days for 3 weeks.
Week 11-15 Clomid at 100mg per day for 10 days. Carry on at 50 mg per day for remainder.

So what do you guys think? might throw in a bit of Arimidex if I start feeling any gyno symptoms. If I was, would 0.5mg EOD be sufficient? A friend tells me that's what he runs for the remainder of a cycle if he gets itchy or sore nipples and it does the trick for him.

I just wanna be real safe here and see how it goes.
Any thoughts or opinions? Thanks for any replys.

You don't eat like a horse (I'm guessing that means a lot) if you are 5'11" and only 80kg. Before running anything, you need to learn how to eat or else it will all go to waste.

The Test is dosed low and not long enough. You don't need dianabol for your first cycle. An AI should be ran the entire cycle, not just when symptoms appear. There's more to high estrogen than just gyno.

If safety is your concern (which is should be), than hang up the needles for now. Learn how to eat and train properly to stimulate muscle growth. Steroids are a tool, nothing more. They alone will not make you grow.

Yeah eating like a horse means a lot. The thing is I'm on site for 10 hours a day. I graft hard and I'm very active. That's why my weight doesn't really go up. I'm strong at the weight I'm at now.

So your saying lose the dbol, up the test and go on a couple extra weeks?

Steroids will not magically pump you up! 10hrs a day running around like a nutcase means you don't have the time to eat and train properly. Rest plays an important role too. You don't hold weight because you don't know how to eat. Period! If you can't get your weight up prior cycle and maintain it, your wasting your time with AAS. Your planned cycle won't do much. You need to read the threads posted above and educate your self a bit more.
