Anavar to Dianabol ??? When to start PCT

Hi there,
I have been on Anavar now for 6 weeks and still have another 2 to go, it's my second cycle of oral steroids so I do know a little bit about them already, and I have researched but I cannot find answers for my question.
So,
Can I go from a 8 week course of Anavar straight onto a 4-6 week course of Dianabol ?
And if so do I start PCT whilst finishing Anavar and starting Dbol or do I wait to finish both of them???

Any answers or ideas will be hugely appreciated as it is playing on my mind, because I live away from home so can't easily get the gear I need such as PCT I have to wait to I go home. Which I so every few weeks.
