Weightloss input/ DNP Again? help me decide

so my dilemma is this.. im 28 years old, 6'0 and 250ish lbs, i've recently set myself up with a diet/workout routine (before work 4-5 times a week) and im noticing results already but also want to throw in some weight loss products. ive taken clen along with some other steroids when i was 20, fantastic results and the best shape of my life. and then ive taken DNP when i was 25 also fantastic results.

when i took DNP, i bought it from a body builder friend of mine, so i trusted that the product i recieved was good quality. now however, thats not an option this time, so im a little hesitant to buy a product that dangerous from some online pharmaceutical company that i know nothing about. im just looking for some safer alternatives this time, and any input would be greatly appreciated! id like to buy clen again and maybe stack it with other products?

im completely green when it comes to this shit, i do my reserach and due diligence but that can only take me so far. i researched DNP extensively for about 3 months prior to taking it, i know first hand how dangerous it is (its an all our war with your body even when you do everything correctly) so im not looking to turn this into a "you're stupid for doing DNP" thread. im just looking for suggestions.

feel free to ask me any questions you need to if it will help you to help me lol.

    thanks guys

ive added a picture as well, be nice. i already know im a fat bastard lol, maybe with the right guidance, ill be a success story.

Last thing you need is DNP

    First is solid nutrition

I unlike most people on here think that DNP is just a tool and can if used correctly can yield great results. I have tried some DNP from one URL and it was not DNP. When I took real DNP it was horrible but the results were great. Your diet have to be spot on or you will suffer the effect at a larger scale.

I have yet to see a vet or mod talk about this guy but I would love to have his email. Here is a quote from a thread. "I wouldn't buy it unless it was from someone who is really well known. There is such a guy and he makes the 200 mg DNP caps with 200 mg Quercetin (Anti-histamine and Anti-oxidant) in them for just $1. If you are a regular on this board and are well respected here, you can ask a mod/vet for his e-mail; Normally i wouldn't post this but it is due to the fact that in case of DNP you have to have a real trusted dealer!"

Just saw your picture. I would start here. NUTRITION RESOURCE FORUM After you get your diet and training down I might look at DNP. It is a great tool but not a magic pill to make you drop weight. You have to put in the work

thanks BigTahl, maybe after a few months of hard work ill come back to this, ill just keep doing what im doing. im not afraid of putting in the time, ive just gained a lot of waight due to working 24 days on and 4 days off 12 hour shifts as a heavy equipment operator. dont see a whole lot of physically demanding work in my field, and my work consumes all my time now a days. and maybe ill look into getting that email when the time is right, ill get to know some people and vice versa.

i still think i might benifit from at least throwing some clen into the mix though?

and yes, i agree with the other posts as well, fitness and nutrition are going to be key, im not looking for a magic pill. im not a lazy person, ive just let my career consume all of my time, and in return ive gotten fat.

it would be nice to find someone who could guide me and give me weekly updates, i dont have that option locally and if i found a qualified person willing to do that i would even pay for their expertise.

Actually, you are still off. Eating salads and walking won't do much. You have a lot to learn about nutrition.

Some people get a sour taste in their mouth when someone who lacks nutrition knowledge (which is top priority along with training to true failure) comes on here and the first thing they mention is a poisonous chemical called DNP. And then they mention clen. On top of that, they then offer to pay someone for help. All in all, it shows that the person wants an easy way out. Some comments can come off harsh, but this leaves some people who put in the hard work, a bit bitter.

My advice for you is to head over to the nutrition forum. Lots of good information there. Develop a meal plan based on your TDEE. Learn what foods to eat to help you lose bodyfat while maintaining as much muscle as you can.

If you want a substance to take, look into T3. its something your thyroid produces naturally and will aid in fat loss. A lot of people run it with clen. Im not fan of clen, it made me feel too jittery.

    Triacana - Steroid .com
While these drugs can aid in weight loss, I urge not to recommend them to someone until they have proper education in nutrition.

Dnp is a poison. What you need is proper nutrition and a good workout routine and that fat will start melting away like hot butter in a 500 degree oven.

I think I gave your great advice. I was not trying to be mean at all. You need to educated yourself here NUTRITION RESOURCE FORUM Lots of great information. This is a great site but one has to be ready to hear what they need to hear. Only proper nutrition and exercise will help you reach your goals. At 20 you started doing something that you should not have done. Then at 25 you took DNP. Now 3 years later you want to do DNP again. You will be in the same situation again if you keep taking short cuts and not eating and training starting today. Get busy reading and people will help you
