Just started first ever Test E cycle. question about how much arimidex?? Help

Hey guys, i am a 34 yr old guy. Quality muscle put on naturally. Never touched gear until now (other than a couple anavar cycles) I just started 2 days ago. (500mg per week Test E only) Innovagen good shit. I have Newport Arimidex tabs which are 1mg per pill. Now, i have already an existing very slight and minor enlargement and and sensitivity under my right nipple that hasn't really gone away from the past few Var cycle's about 6-8 months ago that seemed to start as soon as i cycled off the VAR and started using D-ASPARTIC acid. Seriously! So i myself am thinking to start off 1 mg EOD. Is that too much? Any help is very much grateful. Thbaks.

There are stickies about to read mate Ai is one thing hcg should be ran too but Ai without bloodwork no real way of knowing but I do .5mg every 3 days u can go eod if u feel it tho

Usually people start with .25mg eod and adjust from there. 1mg eod is far to much. There are signs you can follow and adjust as needed before you get blood work done. If you experience joint pain and lack of sex drive, it could mean that you crashed your estrogen. You should be feeling good, high drive, lots of energy, if your face becomes puffy it could be a sign of high estrogen levels.
