Weird feeling in chest
Started my cycle yesterday
Week 1-4 Test acetate 50mg/ed
Week 1-12 test cyp 400mg/week
Week 1-12 bold cyp 400mg/week
Have arimidex and pct and all just not listing it
Since my first injection I been feeling a weird feeling in the center of my chest, also feels a little weird when I take a deep breath, anyone experience this before? My fiancé injects me and she's a registered nurse so I don't think I hit a vein. Any idea what it could be?

How are your vitals (BP, Pulse, etc.)? Also, what is your height, weight and bodyfat?

I'd go check your BP at a local pharmacy, then get a omron blood pressure cuff for at home use. It's always good to have one around. Maybe your RN wife can hook you up?
You vaguely mentioned an AI. Does that mean you are currently taking one? If so, what is it and how much?
Do you happen to suffer from anxiety or ever have?
Fluctuations in hormone levels can cause anxiety symptoms.

That's your call. Without knowing your BP or what's going on, its hard to say. From the sound of things, it most likely points to anxiety. Being only one injection, just yesterday, I don't know what else would have an onset that fast.
What does of arimidex ? 0.25mg?
Well, since you are front loading with a short ester test at 350mg a week, you will be converting some of that to estrogen. I'm not sure why you wouldn't start with an AI from the beginning.

Anxiety is a tricky thing. If the anxiety onset because of being nervous about needles, then no, I wouldn't think it would continue (unless you are nervous about tonight's injection). If the anxiety onset is because of hormone fluctuations, then you may still feel it. Like I said, anxiety is tricky. I'd be more concerned with what your blood pressure is right now. Some pharmacies or even grocery store pharmacies have blood pressure machines. I'd check that as soon as you can to start ruling things out.
1mg Arimidex is a pretty high dose. You'd probably do better on .25mg EOD or even .5mg E3D. However, if you've taken 1mg before like you stated, you'd know how it affects you. You'll definitely know if you've ever crashed your estrogen.

Good to hear. Capsules don't give you many options. Arimidex half life is 48 hours. Although I've seen some anti-aging clinics prescribe arimidex once a week.
If you've ran 1mg E3D before and it didn't crash your estrogen (you would know), then I guess stick with that.
