    Question New to short cycles

    So I've been gone for awhile and can hardly wait to get back into it! Normally I've done long estered cycles in the past and this will be my first short burst cycle, which is why I posted here. I've done a couple of test e 500wk for 14wks.....awesome gains. Due to my work schedule, a short burst would be a better fit. Here's what I'm thinking:

    test prop 100-150mgs eod for 4-6
    nolva wk 7-8 40/20 *on hand for gyno during cyle
    Clomid wk 7-8 100/50
    Aromasin -thoughts on using?

    I'm looking for feedback on the test dosage and the use of an AI. With it being a test only cycle for a fairly short period I'm not sure if I need it. thanks for any feedback.

    What's your body fat OP?

    Do you have your caloric intake and macros figured out?

    I'm about 10-11% BF. I lost a lot of muscle due to a deployment. My body seems to like around 2700 calories a day. I haven't broken down the exact calories per meal but it will be divided to 5-6 meals a day. Hopefully that helps you. Thank you for your reply

    I'm always just a little curious of people's nutrition plans, that's all.

    Personally, I wouldn't run any short esters less than 6 weeks. In fact, I would always have enough on hand to extend to 8 weeks if needed. I usually listen to my body for when to come off and its usually around the 8-9 week mark. You don't want to cut a cycle too short.

    So you are thinking of running either 350 or 525mg a week? If you've already ran 500, I would stick with that. Could you do more? Sure, but it might be overkill seeing that you've been out of the swing of things due to deployment.

    As far as an AI goes, did you use one on your previous cycles? If so, how much and of what?

    I wouldn't run a cycle without running an AI right alongside it from the beginning. Unless you are some weird species, you are going to convert some of the test into estrogen. Guaranteed. If you are going with aromasin , you can start at 12.5mg a day and see how it goes from there. You may need to adjust up to 25mg, especially if you are using a research chemical. If you switch to ED dosing of 75mg, this alone will lessen the amount converted, obviously. But you will still most likely need to run an AI.

    Well I haven't ran that AI before so I'm kind of anxious to try it. My cycle length I can't really go for too long, which is why I was thinking of going up to 150mgs eod to make it more beneficial. On my longer cycles I'd always get gyno at wk 11 and normally I'd use some adex to take care of it. If memory serves me correctly I'd use 1mg eod for the first 2wks of my 4wk PCT. How is the length of my purposed PCT?

    marcus! wow thanks for taking time to look at my little thread. Yes I have been but not for too long. I don't intend on starting my cycle until I got my training and diet down solid. I believe in having a good base with diet and training BEFORE starting a AAS cycle.

    I wouldn't cycle until you have built some kind of base on your frame. This needs to be done by hard training and a bulking diet. Your months away from cycling imho at 150lbs you was 30lbs heavier a few years back at the same bf so gain some of your weight and muscle back over the next 6 months then consider a cycle because this one sounds all rushed seeing you just started back training

    30 lbs weight difference? I need to start looking at profiles. The app doesn't let me.

    Damn I should probably update that. Yes I was 180lbs when I was dieting more for bulk while on my cycle. I think my intake then was 3200 calories. I agree with what your saying marcus, and right now I was planning on waiting for about 2-3 months currently
