Last winter I nearly succumbed to Swine Flu. Put me down for over 10 weeks.
I got fat, according to definitions around here. No real “gut,” budding love handles. My body got soggy.
I lost some mass. But I’m naturally a stocky lad that carries well above normal mass.
I’m not looking to appear a freakish body builder, more of just a damn sexy stocky lumber jack type.
To throw something else into the mix, It’s proving impossible to get to the gym now. My job has me constantly traveling, not motel to motel, but forest to forest. I live & work in the woods teaching old world skills.
So I have ordered some Fit Deck cards: a body weight exercises deck, a combat sports deck. I have a TRX.
I have no idea what my BF % is now. TOO HIGH.. I weight 231 and look best around a constantly hungry 212. Less internal hunger/craving & raging, with less external definition is 220, and I can live with that pro/con compromise.
Diet: ? I don’t think I can get the monster, hugely depleting work outs with the fit deck exercises I will be doing as can be done in the gym, which is fine, especially since I’m not looking to appear a scary monster. So I don’t think I will need as many calories. How to figure it?
However training days AND “off days” still are old world pioneering days HARD. Toting water, carrying and chopping wood, walking up mountains, walking/carrying everything all day, dragging deer, digging etc. etc. etc.
Maybe I should look at some serious cross-trainer’s diets? Or ?

Just got some Test C, have Dbol, Nolva coming. Have PCT on hand.
My body is highly tolerant and responsive. Or was.....
I started the Test C @ .8g EW and ..... BLOAT!!!! This is a first, ever bloat of many (basic/simple) cycles under my belt. I hope the swine flu or medical malaise has not screwed up my body chemistry. I have ran several cycles of 1500 mg of test a week with no real bloat to speak of, no signs of aromatization, and it never “seemed” like I actually needed any PCT, thought I did it.
I need a new map for where my body is, coming out of this medical hole, bloat, I’m guessing a P,C,F percentage change to my diet regarding this lifestyle change, and work out change.
New & uncharted territory here. I’d take all the advice, helps & suggestions I could get.
