    Muscle loss?

    I finished a cycle the end of March. It was my 2nd one. 12 week cycle of test e 600mg a week. First 6 weeks I ran 400 mg of tren. Made great gains bench went up 45 lb. Kinda hard to tell how much muscle I gained because if the fat lost. But it was a very noticeable gain.
    But now 1 mo after the cycle ended I have lost 10ish lbs. And bench has dropped about 20 lbs. Being still new at cycling, my question is. Is it normal to see that kinda drop after the cycle? I did increase cardio to 1+ Miles 3 times a week and cut back on eating. Just trying to cut some more body fat.

    you cut back on food and up cardio of coarse you are going to lose mass and you should haven't used tren on 2nd and if you had that much weight to loose. You need to more research before you cycle agian start here

    Dont have that much to loose. Just wanted to drop 8-10 lb. So I guess I wasted my cycle. Next cycle would 300-400 week deca be the way to go ya think?

    man you need to post up in nutrion section-you ran a fine line with a lot of sides like gyno high blood pressure ect...
    Get your weight/bf down to 15% run a good cycle and the results will be noticeable and you should be able to keep most of your gains.
    keep lifting forget about how much weight just max out and hit cardo.
    You need to know how many calories fats carbs and gram of protein you are taking in and you should cut calories by -500 to lose weight.
