What AAS effects cardio?
Besides Tren , is there any other AAS that negatively effects cardio output?

for me, it is a trade off between explosive energy and sustainable cardio.

Times Roman, I get that and I agree. I just need something that isn't going to effect me in season. The thing I hate worst about Tren is the effect on my cardio output.
In most of the profiles it discusses the compounds ability to increase strength and size but rarely mentions cardio performance. I just want to know if there are other compounds out there that have a negative effect that I should stay away from in season. I don't want any surprises.
I use Tren in the off season because cardio output isn't as important.

distance runners sometimes use erythropoietin (EPO)
Ben Johnson used Winnie
Some claim GW helps (not me)
Other than that, all others, as far as I know, have a detrimental effect on endurance.

Look. Cardio is no longer a serious goal for me any longer. I was a competitive distance runner in my youth, but now my back/knees can't handle the sport. So I've never personally was too serious about cardio other than 30 minutes on a cardio machine. And during that time, it feels like my muscles get pumped up. No real cramps, but pumped up muscles, to a certain extent, hinder cardio performance.
So from a personal perspective, I don't know what to tell you.
and imho, 30 minutes on a cardio machine, isn't very long, comparatively.

I walk like Frankenstein from tbol pumps. Running is an absolute nightmare...I can't even feel my feet after 10min.
Test isn't too bad, but I can still cardio better when off of everything.

I guess I should have been more specific. I play football. So I have to run for 90 minutes. Often 8-10k several days a week. I use test and tren in the off season to gain back the weigh I lose in season but when I use tren my cardio goes in the toilet.
I've used Test during season to prevent weight loss and it's never effected my cardio but as I get older it's harder to keep up. I was thinking of adding something to my in season cycle but can't compromise my ability to run long distance.
Does that make more sense?

Makes a lot of sense. I am a cyclist and don't want my cardio affected at all either. Test is ok to use, but like others have mentioned, other aas make it difficult for multiple reasons including calf pumps. There is something new out there call EPO Boost. Have not tried it, but it is a legal form of EPO. Rather, it is NOT EPO but helps in the addition of red blood cells. Looking to try it this season.
Good luck

Test is fine. The perception that it may hinder cardio might stem from people feeling like cardio is harder because their cardio ability hasnt increased as fast as their weight. So their level may be the same but theyre running with an extra 10lbs one

I might look into EQ. I've been using test for several years in season without consequence. I feel it has no effect on my cardio, positive or negative.
I know many endurance athletes, especially cyclist, use EPO. I guess I just don't feel like I know enough about it or have people to talk to that have experience with to make me feel comfortable taking it. I guess more research is in order.
