    food for thought

    i am a 22 yo been working out for a couple years now i am 5'11'' 170-180lbs with about a 15% bf, iv read a lot of the articles on here about waiting to start a cycle until I'm 25 or so but I'm wanting to get a good grasp of what I'm doing before then, whats out there, how to properly cycle, how to do dosage and anti estrogen, and any other knowledge that you would like to share. thank you all for your insight and time.

    i have seen a lot about individuals favorite gear, reversing side effects and a lot of the general aspects but nothing like what kind of gear works best for what your desired results. how to find your best usable dosage? also theres not much about testosterone boosters maybe I'm looking in the wrong threads

    Test boosters are a waste of time. As former competitor with many wins nutrition is the best supplement you can buy.
    Shopping for planning, preparing and eating nutritious meals on time is the key to growth and cut.
    Keep reading but the nutrition section is your best bet.

    I am willing, under the right circumstances, to help any newb out as much as needed. But it's a two way street. I can coach and guide, but I am not a wet nurse. If you are willing to invest your time to learn, then I, along with many others, are willing to make sure you have all the right information. And this also means if you are confused in a certain area, or need clarification, then your questions will be received in a positive manner.

    This is like a self serve gas station. I'll show you which pump to use. how to park, and which grade of gasoline is appropriate. But you gotta pump your own gas.

    ya that sounds great i was just wondering if theres somewhere i can pick up some of the shorthand and abbreviations used on here
