I'm starting my first cycle in a few weeks and I was just wondering about diets and best workouts for best gains.... A little about me... I am 5 foot 10 and weigh 165 pounds I have wide shoulders and I'm pretty confident I have a good base to start from... With that being said I'm starting dbol in 2 weeks and I'm wanting to know should I take it by itself or should I take other stuff also I'm looking to bulk up and my goal is to look like rich piana.... so if you have any useful tips or info please let me know thanks!
