Question about needles syringes and reconst. frag 176

Long story short I bought 2 bottle of frag 176 5mg

So now I'm at a lost. I read I need BAC water, needles and syringes.

I also read my dosage should be 500mcg or 250mcg, which means this will last me 20-40 days depending on the dosage.

Which would you suggest?
Also I have some spare clen in the house should I use them together?

I live in the states, where would I get BAC water and syringes?

Should I be on a low carb diet? How low is low enough?

I know a lot of questions but google offered me little to no info.

You can make your own BAC water. Google it dude.

Yeah it's out there but in my opinion hard to find. It's a lot easier to just make your own, super easy! And if you do find it you'll be waiting a week or 2 for it in the mail.

Bac water easy to make with Distilled water and some BA..

I live in the states and have no problem getting syringes, buy insulin syringes .

Google is your friend.. But you really should of researched all this before buying the peptides!!

You can buy all the BAC water you want online with no problem.
