suggestions on cycle

could anyone offer a suggestion on a cycle.
i have 4 ml's sustanon 250
20 ml's test cyp.
this will be the second cycle, last one was about a year ago.

sorry for the lack of info. new to the forum.
1st cycle was 10 weeks of test cyp./ 500mg . 2 ml's a week. it wasnt the best thought out cycle which is why i came here.
the test I have now is 200Mg and all i could find locally is 4 ml's of sustanon 250.
im 6'3 180 with very low % of body fat. looking to gain 15-20 lbs of body mass.
age 33

1 sust EOD till your out
Then 1ml Cyp E3D

This actually works out to about

wk 1 ~ 750mg sust
wks 2-10 466mg Cyp/wk (250 sust first shot, then 3days later start the cyp at E3D)
