Training during clen cycle questions
Just had a few questions regarding training while on clen !
Heard from different sources that you can train much harder while others say its difficult to stay awake? Anyone with experience here?
Also I'll most likely run a 5/3/1 format, so just 4 core lifts and a few accessories with walking for an hour every morning? Keep lifting as heavy and possible? Would anyone suggest otherwise? Haven't really been able to find advice on both aspects.

I wouldn't say you can train harder? I guess that's a matter of frame of mind. If you take it in the morning you should be fine by beddy boo time lol.

On the training harder, I stand correcting myself. If its liquid clen and a "form " of clen no, but if it tablet prescription yes your cardio will be severely advanced.

Agreed^^^^^ I would not say that you are able to lift more weight of get stronger from it. I think your workouts may a bit more intense by virtue that your heart is bouncing off of your rib cage .

Is there that much of a rise in heart rate during exercise? Is it the same at rest?

Was your friend taking keto before a workout because that can make u sleepy but i have never heard of clen making u tired.. Also train like normal... Just add in 10-20 mins of cardio before every lift. Keep ur heart rate at an optimum fat burning rate the whole time ur doing cardio... Hope this helped.

Yes, but we must define harder.
IF you select one muscle group and pound it for a week while taking a high dose of Clen for the first 3 days of that week, plus STEROIDS (Test), and Taurine&BCAA ...
You will be sore as heck but you will see a profound growth on that muscle. Why you may ask!
The answer lies in Clen beating the effects of Estrogen. Estrogen protects our muscles from damage which is bad for bodybuilders. Clen says F you to Estrogen and catabolizes the muscle ie damages it. As soon as the Clen leaves guess what happens to that muscle group? GH like a big dog to heal your scared muscles. Clen dose has to be HIGH and we are talking over the 120mcg range.
You are not lifting heavier weights but you can train harder that muscle group and see the added ++ results from it. This is a cyclic approach. Clen has a 36 hour life in your body so if you take it M-W it is out on Friday noon and you have Sat and Sunday for that body group to heal. Next week move to another body group. Rotate through all your muscle groups and start over. This is the synergy and the true use of Clen in BB. Dorian has a book that dedicates chapters to this concept. Shows him losing the lean beef and the non lean mass then blowing all the heck up when the Clen is out of the body and the GH are at work.

interesting! so you're saying if i go hard on the week days the clen will be producing an anabolic effect on my off days? I don't plan on using anything else during the clen cycle by the way. Do you suggest still taking clen on off days too? I've had different answers from different people
