    Deca Dbol Cycle Questions

    This is the cookie cuter cycle for a "Moderate Cycle". When on these cycles do you stick with your normal workout routine? I read some people lift M-W two muscles a day and then nothing for the rest of the week because the growth aspect of steroids changes at the higher levels. I understand your strength is going to kick up about week 4 and will be doing heavier reps but is there a certain routine (work/rest) that goes best with a mass building cycle?

    I guess the real question is: Does the 48 hour repair time still ring true or does the advanced growth cycle change that window.


    Bulking Deca Durabolin Cycle – Moderate:


    Testosterone Enanthate Wk 1-12 500mg/week


    Deca Durabolin Wk 1-10 400mg/wk


    Dianabol Wk 1-6 30mg/ed


    Arimidex Wk 1-12 0.5mg/eod

    That is kind of a personal issue. Some guys train every body part once a week while on cycle and other guys train 3 on 1 off. You have to listen to your body. At 44, I train everything once a week on cycle or not but that's me.
    I would keep dropping body fat until you are in the high teens before you consider a heavy cycle. Just keep doing what you are doing training wise. A bulk will put on some fat and you don't want that.

    Agree with buster on this, I'm 47 and I train each bp once a week on cycle or not. I used to do the more is better till I learned that's not the case, the kitchen is the biggest part of it all.

    Thank you for the feedback.

    I have a magic number (120 kg) before I will do a hard cycle. I also have two other metrics to meet: Two Test only cycles and a lipid blood work goal so it is a next year thing sometime around August 15 to November 15 at best.

    With that said a follow-up question. My second cycle I would like to test Deca and Dbol as to see if there are any negative side effects specifically to me. Not run them for the cycle but run them in the cycle for enough just to see if there are adverse effects. Are there any reference material or good posts addressing this off the top of your heads? I really do not want to start cycle and go..well F I got to back out or do something different. Any ideas?

    I would recommened 2 test cycles alone

    Then a test and dbol cycle

    Then a jump to test, dbol, deca

    That way if theres any problems u will know which compound caused it. If u jump into running all three it will be hard to figure out which of the other 2 caused it if u are ok with the test.

    And also, u can max out the gains from test only.

    Dbol can be increased to 40-50mg/day. 30 is a bit low

    Also, try to stick to the same gear brand if the quality is good. Sometimes switching to a different brand can cause adverse affects based on how they prepare it, ie. ratio of oil/alcohol/compound etc. But the only way to find one is do alot of research on brands and then to be honest give one brand a go. I've used PureGear UGL for years. Best UGL i have experienced. Others will have their favorites. Best test i tried was Iranian test tho. Thailand DBOL is the best ive tried made by Briti sh Dispen sery (the pink hexagons).

    As for workouts, Off cycle I do one body part/day, per week. If I've been eating properly I'll add in a touchup day on a lagging bodypart for the 2nd time that week.

    On cycle, I do a mix of both. One body part/day per week. Then based on how im feeling i do the body part twice/week with 3 on, 1 off split

    eg. MTW - Legs, chest, back.
    Thurs- Day off.
    Fri, Sat, Sun - Legs, chest, back.

    My arms are out of proportion with the rest of my body so i dont do them that much. But when i do i throw in biceps on back day and triceps on chest day at the end (maybe like once a month). Most people dont have this problem so they add em in every chest/back workout of have a separate day for arms.

    I find on gear I can recuperate quicker no matter how hard i blast them. I do high volume, heavy weight. Nutrition and rest is key tho.

    I have also found that every 6-8 weeks or so to take 4/5 days off and eat good and let everything heal. I noticed i come back stronger and fuller.

    As for the followup question, i dont think the deca inclusion would be a good idea just to try it out cuz it takes weeks for deca to have any effect and the best effects of deca are around the week 8-10 mark.

    Dbol however can be included in the beginning of any cycle as a jumpstart for the first 4-6 weeks or test prop (either/or).

    Same here as buster and ppwc. Each body part once a week. Test only for first cycle is best.

    Test only several times to see how you react...there's plenty if time to add more stuff later.
