recomp on tren blast
Anybody had any luck on adding lbm with min to no fat gain or still shedding body fat while keeping cals at maintanance
Finishing up my 16 week cut, will be down to 10% bf and wanna put on some lean mass while keeping fat to a min
Just dont wanna go backwards now, any thoughts would be appreciated or guys that have recomp'd on tren with success
My blast will look like this low test, higher tren
200mg test e/week
150mg tren a eod
.25 adex e3d
Prami on hand if needed
( not my first run with tren lol)
Just stumped on this recomp theory

Will be starting this blast in 3 weeks, so any input would be appreciated
Sorry I have asked this question a few times, but really stumped on which direction I should go, as it is finally nice weather now here in canada and dont wanna put on excess bf
My diet right now on my cut is 275p, 100c, 50f 2040 cals
Tdee is 2714 cals

I agree, but I dont understand been off tren for 3 months now, just been cruising on my 200mg test e dose while chopping bf, now I want to blast some tren in the mix for 10 to 12 weeks, but I am stumped on which way I should turn, my diet is dialed in, gonna use the same plan just adding in some carbs to the mix of things, now my question is recomp at mainatance on tren or 1 to 200 cals above maintanance for gaining some lbm with min fat gain, any experience would be appreciated as myself before used the standard method of bulking and cutting but want to change my approach to things with excess bf to come into play also since nice weather is now arriving in canada as well lol

I'm right there with ya on the diet right now. Just trying to keep my diet super lean & cals at maintenance - I'm already putting on bloat from the sDrol I just started :/
I am not upping my cals by more than like 100 per day. I just blow up and get fat from anything.

Yeah been off tren for 3 months, just cutting while on my cruise dose, so ya how the gains on maintanance with tren samson?, from your experience? Or 100 cals aboveis what I was thinking too, keeping the waist line the same while at maintance and adding in some lbm?

The only thing a low dose of tren did for me is harden me up. Maybe added a few Lbs. of Lbm
Nothing too crazy, but I was running tren e & that shit tore me up a bit. Pissing brown just doesn't seem like a good thing
While running low tren ace & noticed a slight recomp and no sides. While on the low dose at least

Okay, was going to run my test the same just add in tren ace at 150mg eod, with my cals at maintanance or 100 cals above maintanance I just dont wanna go backwards and start gaining excess bf exspecially during these summer months lol

Your just on test now cruising for another 3weeks before blast off with tren . Been off tren 3 months. 2 days ago you just posted you were on 50mg tren eod with trt waiting to up to150 eod. Hmmmm.

Yeah forgot to add that in, 50mg eod added in this week, sorry if I didnt add that in
Just finishing up a vile that I had from previous blast, not so good, but thought I would add that in for 3 weeksfor the remander of my cut
Give or take its actually works out to 110g of carbs on my current diet, plus in the 2 meals I consume lean ground beef
