I donate every 2 months. On cycle or not! Its on my calender.

Last time I gave blood for some reason I passed out-no idea why my blood sugar and pressure is good-kinda of scared to go agian.

to avoid high rbc and hematocrit i assume.
My numbers are never high when i test them, even when i expect them to be after a heavy cycle. Should i still?
