    Advice on next cycle

    Stats 5'7 175lbs at 10% 20 years old 6 years of lifting under belt

    First cycle 500mg Test E with 400mg Deca a week for 12 weeks with 30mg DBOL for the first four weeks

    Second Cycle 175mg Test Prop eod, tren ace 100mg eod, and 80mg anavar ed for 8 weeks, (cut short but was shooting for 12 weeks)

    All bloodwork is back to normal now

    My next lean bulking cycle will be in a few months

    Weeks 1-8 200mg Test E EOD (to sustain constant high test levels)
    Weeks 8-16 200mg Test prop eod (to reduce water retention and lean out a litlle)
    Weeks 1-16 150mg EQ EOD (to see if its truly a mass builder)
    Weeks 7-14 100mg Tren EOD (proven mass builder for me, and no sides, dont want to run for more than 8 weeks tho, also read its easier on the HPTA to recover when you dont run tren the entire cycle)
    Weeks 1-4 50mg Anadrol ed (want to see if A-bombs are better than dbol)
    Weeks 2-16 500iu of HCG twice a week (keep natural test production going)
    Weeks 1-16 Arimidex 1mg eod (I retain huge amounts of water and am susceptible to gyno)

    PCT is Nolvadex 40mg for two weeks than 20mg for two weeks

    Any advice on the cycle?

    You are messing with some advanced compounds, at fairly high levels, for a fairly long cycle. And you are a bit on the young side to boot.

    4 compounds, including an oral

    if you are prone to gyno, then why so much test?

    your test blood serum levels (test) between weeks 8 and 10 will spike due to switching from one type esther to another (from e to P). Usually, I'd switch maybe the last two weeks of the cycle, calling it an end kicker, and reducing time to PCT. Are you doing this in the middle due to supply of E running short?

    others will comment on EQ. it's not too popular here, and the time I was about to take, was talked out of it, switching to tren instead.

    unless you are getting ready to compete, I'd suggest all this is too much for long term health

    3 cycle and only 20 years old you will be on trt by 30 years old

    Thanks for the advice, I don't believe the my protocol is too high for my experience, I could run far more gear but I want to try out good sized do dosages before I would ever go any higher

    You're overestimating your experience with AAS. For your next cycle I would recommend 200-300g of protein ED and vitamins/minerals.

    Before you call me a dick keep in kind this is coming from someone who first cycled at 19 and have been where you are. I thought I was experienced until one cycle similar to the one you're proposing went sour.

    Jay post a current pic please. Best advice I could give you is to grow into your dose. That said, and with your comment that you can run far more gear, we'd like to see how you look at this point. Especially if all this is not related to a high caliber contest, etc., or getting paid for your physique.

    Most recent pic, I decided to drop the test e to 600mg a week (since i know i can handle it from experience) also My AI is going to be .5mg of arimidex EOD

    I'm consistently eating nothing but quality protein sources and slow digesting carbs for a daily total of 3300 calories, 300g of Protein and 310g of carbs

    all you need at this point is test and an ai/hcg . and more time before running it. too young to shut yourself down that hard. especially considering the natural gains you could make without the help.
