    Hey all, just started pinning 75mg tren a and 75mg test prop EOD on friday 9th may. So i already have pinned twice. Going to run it for 4 Weeks with nolva an clomid as the pct... My bodyweight is 84-85KG Height 176cm Bodyfat %14 I eat 6 meals a day, each consist of 100gram white or red meat (lean) , 100gram of superfood ie. broccoli beans mixed vegetables. And 100gram brown rice or sweet potato. I eat this six days a week and Sunday i have a cheat day apparently it shocks your body or something keeps it guessing so your metabolism is still raising? Is this right? I Served in the Army so i have the training side of thongs down packed! Gym experience in lifting would be around 4 years. Ive ran a couple test prop cycles but this is my first with Tren A incl.. My question is What sort of results can i expect from this cycle, with my diet included. Any help with cycle and diet would be great... Thanks guys

    Ps i already have insomnia some nights and noght sweats most nights too so not worried bout those sides

    4 week is too short, increase it to at least 6 preferably 8.

    100g of everything tell us nothing about your macro and calories.

    6 meal a day is bull shit it doesnt matter. 1 meal a day is as efficient if you get enough calories.

    Shocking the body...??
    The metabolism may decrease of about 5-10% after extreme dieting for over 3month. So you have nothing to worry about.
    Cheat meal are for keeping sanity. If you can handle to go without it, do it.(for maximal gain).
    Tren can however reduce your thyroid hormone which can cause the metabolism to slow down.
    Think about adding physiological dose of T3( or more for fat loss purpose)

    Not because you've been in army that you know how to train, so tell us about your training.

    We cant estimate your gain everyone react differently to everything.

    Thanks man that helps a lot!! alright so u think i should leave it at 75mg eod for 6-8 weeks or should bump up the dosage later on..??

    So my diet is shit??
    Ol thanks for heads up about cheat day man, what would you think i should eat then? For lean muscle and decrease in body fat?

    Well i train everyday, sometimes twice a day if i get enough time.

    My leg muscles have been so much bigger then my upper body since i was a kid so i focused most training on upper body at the moment, do u guys think this is stupid? Lol cos i shit u not they put my body out of proportion horse legs!

    One of the main point of eating is to maintain a constant level of insulin. Eating one giant meal will spike you insulin and is not ideal. There is a theory that we should binge eat since when we were hunter gathers that's how ancestors consumed food. Know what? They're all dead and we're not. hahaha Eating multiple meals over time is more efficient in BB.

    The theory is carb confusion. There is a carb rotation diet where one day you eat zero carbs, the next day eat low carbs, and the 3rd day eat high carbs. This is to keep your body guessing when it will receive carbs and burn the carbs it receives without storing it into fat. I do this diet when I'm cutting. Eating for 6 meals for 6 days and eating free one day doesn't really confuse your body. It is just a really good way to eat.

    Tren A leaned me out and harden my muscles. It made me more vascular and made me stronger. It's awesome stuff.

    Thanks for the heads up on carbs man! So just cut the carbs out one day, next day low carbs next day high carbs then repeat process? Thankyou man looking forward to seeing results...
