Using EPO.
So, I'm thinking of using EPO to get an endurance boost for grappling, but it's been pretty hard to find info about it. Has anyone here ran it? Most sources say to start with 50-300 IU per kg of bodyweight per week in three subq shots...
Also to hydrate well, take baby aspirin to keep blood thinner, and keep a close watch on hematocrit level (as with normal anabolics, don't go over 55%, etc)
What's a good protocol and what can I expect from this drug? Thanks!

Terrible idea.
EPO is only useful if you're a professional level endurance athlete with an extremely strong heart.
Extra RBC's wouldn't be useful in combat sports (largely anaerobic exercise) like it would for cycling or marathon running (completely aerobic).
Besides, a steroid cycle would put your RBC's well above the useful range, so no need for EPO.

Most combative athletes go with EQ at 300mg/ml EW to add endurance. Run this with some Testosterone and your GTG

EPO is not a good idea. It was Lance Armstrong's liquid gold, as he called it. But, several amateur European cyclists died of cardiac arrest back in the 1990's. Just my 2 cents worth.
