    Question about tren

    I currently just started a stack of tren , test prop, and mast. I have some shoulder issues so I only lift upper body 3 days a week in order to give time in between for rest.(to minimize flare ups) My question is, is there a "best" time to inject to get the best results? My legs are pretty built but I lack in upper body so that is my main focus. I lift in the morning. I lift upper body on Mon, Wed, and Fri. I inject about an hour prior to lifting on those 3 days. Any advice would be appreciated.

    With the 100 lb plates.
    It really doesn't matter what time you are pinning relative to your workout. What you're doing is fine.

    Agreed^^^^^doesnt matter in terms of results. Just stay consistent as possible to keep blood levels stable .

    Upper body three days a week. And you recover from this when.

    chest 3x a week
    Back3x a week

    Time of day doesn't matter, but the earlier you take the tren , the better you might sleep.

    Pin in the AM so you'll sleep better. Either way you're gonna get the sweats. I pin test in glutes and tren in quads.
