GYNO AGAIN!!! this time on just 250mg test and using arimadex!!!!!!!!!! WTF

Im very sensitive to gyno from the usual suspects....test....deca etc. Iv had gyno fairly bad in the past- pea sized lumps, puffy nips and very painfull to touch. Despite my past issues i decided to do a gyno friendly cycle - 250mg sus a week, with 600mg EQ and then 100mg anavar a day. At these doses i didnt think gyno would be an issue so i was weighing up eather 10mg nolva per day or 0.5mg arimadex every 3 days and decided to go with the latter.

3 weeks in and after a session boozing (i know this isnt advisable whilst on) my gyno has flared up bad!!!!!!!!!!!! very painful, lumps forming and the usual worry and horror that comes with it. now since iv found the gyno iv been wondering why this has happened. now the booze raising the estro wouldnt of helped but surely the arimadex should of done its job. the day before i knew i was going to drink i even upped the arimadex to 0.5mg a day so i cant understand why iv got gyno when arimadex is meant to be one of the best anti Es!!!

Now im taking 1mg of arimadex per day and 60mg of nolvadex a day as im seriously worried - iv been on therse doses for 3 days and it doesnt seem to have helped the situation much so far. Now what to i do!!! the reason i kept the arimadex dose low is coz letro has slaughtered my sex drive in the past and i heard some storys that arimadex could also have bad effects. Now i do have 1 blister pack of letro left over from my last gyno reversal......So do i........stay on the arimadex and nolva and hope it works and hopefully keep my sex drive and lose the gyno............or do i jump on the letro for 8 days and hope this clears it up within this time (this option i know will **** my sex drive)

Reason im so worried about sex drive btw is coz iv just started seeing a new bird and i want to be getting well involved in that department!!

HELP!!!!!!!!! Cant believe iv let this happen again!!! i should of just done 20mg nolva per day from the start of the co**** and then id of been fine. ARIMADEX IS RUBBISH!!!!!!!!!!!

Many factors come into the conversion to estrogen. Drinking clearly doesn't help and going out "boozing" while taking steroids is reckless and stupid. Others can be body fat, diet, etc. Arimidex is a strong drug and works for everyone I'm come across. There's a chance yours could be crap or under dosed.

End your cycle and start PCT.

since i know most ignore the advice to end cycle, if you insist on staying on cycle, i would hit the letro/nolva and hope to see results...then continue with aromasin /nolva if things clear up...either way, ditch your bunk adex (what lab makes the adex you are using?) ...

either tell your gf how you screwed up Or get some caber and viagra and keep quiet... Or both... if she doesnt want to hear it , get a new gf too...

i know that drinking on cycle was stupid but whats done is done. Im not going to end the cycle as suggested......maybe just drop the test out of the equation???????????????? today the lumps feel a little less painfull - im thinking the 60mg of nolva is doing its job. The arimadex id pharma grade guys - Anastrozole 1mg made by TEVA. Have you heard of them?????

I made a bad decision using arimadex on this cycle. nolva would of done the job at 20-40mg a day throughout the coarse

.5 mg of arimadex is in my world is nothing. I use .5 eod with my TRT.
On cycle I use .5 daily.
Give the arimadex and nolva a few more days.
You may want to run caber or parmi in the future along side the AI.
Once you get a handle on the gyno with the adex and nolva keep the adex at .5 daily and see how that works.
If you don't get it solved in 10 days or so maybe consider aborting the cycle.

Put down the booze man exspeciallyon a cycle, all its doing is bloating u to shit, and your workouts are probably shit as well for a few days as your body is fighting to recover the alc u put in your system instead of making some gains on a cycle, atleast if u choose to drink drink in moderation or atleast after your cycle, all the money spent on a cycle and wasting a few days for your body to completely recover from the alcohol, doesnt make sense
Coming from a recovering alkie like myself drinking is not worth nothing then feeling like complete shit the days after, if your chick chooses to drink, so be it, if u goto a bar order a diet coke with rocks, and fools everyone as they think your drinking rye and coke anyways, if she is just a party girl and u choose to party along side, atleast drop the roids, party up along side her, cause the way your going your gyno related issues drinking on a cycle are just going to happen all the time nomatter how much arimidex u choose to take, drinking causes water retention=bloat= high estro sides

Sounds like your gear is good but your adex may be bad. I'd replace the adex and get bw to verify.

Solid advice - i will take this on board. The reason i went with such a low dose was coz a lot of ppl on another forum were saying it can kill libido at those doses. i should of gone with 0.5mg a day looking back. On a positive note - i am now taking 60mg nolva and 1mg arimadex per day and this seems to be doing the trick!! pain is less and less swelling around the nipples. i will keep going with what im doing as the arimadex hasnt killed my libido yet eather. Hard thing now though is to know whats working for me - the arimadex or the nolva. i was kinda thinking of carrying on as i am now on the 60 nolv and 1 arimadex until the gyno completely goes and them just staying on 40mg nolva per day for the remaining 6 weeks of the coarse. what are your views??? Also - what would be the benefit of running caber and prami on a coaurse like this?? i thought they were for deca tren ??? cheers

The only way to know what you need is through bloodwork. Using anabolics without bloodwork is silly, and dangerous.

Reason being your gyno prone. Nolva is best used during pct. why not use a product that can prevent this for you. 19nors such as tren And deca tend to cause gyno more frequently but that doesn't preclude test as we see in your situation.

so for my current situation. If i stay on 60mg nolva and 1mg arimadex and the gyno goes completely in say 2 weeks - Would you A, Drop the nolva and stay on 0.5mg arimadex for the remainder of the course or B, Drop the arimadex and continue with 40mg nolva for the rest of the course??? Id be inclined to go with the later since iv really gone off the idea of arimadex as i think its hard to get the dosing right and if u take too much u run the risk of killing libido and if u take too little like in my case you get gyno!!! Each individual seems to be different with their dosing and to find whats right for you can be a costly process as iv found out with my gyno flare up. At least with nolvadex your keeping the estrogen and its good effects, but just blocking out its bad side by blocking the receptors. what would you do if you were me?? Im pretty sure the arimadex is the real deal btw as the packaging lookign too professional to be fake so i think the idea of it eing fake can be rules out.
