Hello,
I am new to the steroid world, I have been training consistently for the past 2 years, and I am a cross fitter.
My stats are
5´10 24 y/o 12-14% body fat 195-200 lbs
500 deadlift
440 squat
300 bench
185 press
300 clean and jerk
235 snatch
I have decent strength numbers in the cross fit community, but I am looking to improve them along with my conditioning. I have never used gear before. Recommendations on specific gear and dosages will be much appreciated.
