I am gaining weight ridiculously!
I have been gyming for 2 years and my weight never ever exceeded 69 kg!
I have tried different diets and steroid cycles but no luck..
A week ago I went and bought RUSSIAN BEAR 5000 zero fat for weight gain and started using since. I mixed to 2 scoops with 1 liter of semi skimmed milk and drink it in divided doses during the day along with my regular meals.
I weighted my body today and guess what? Within 7 days, I'm up 5.5 kilos!!!!!
I'm 74.5 kilo..
Is this normal? I on my last 2 weeks of cycling equipoise, tren, test ace, and dbol. I was cycling them for 12 weeks and I didn't gain any weight until now..
Please tell me I'm not gaining fat!!!
