    Ai?

K, guys my stats r up there so here goes. Been training for years and years. Did a few cycles of Test and Deca with good results, etc. No Sides. Had regular blood work on and off cycle. Everything in check. This weeks blood test, Other then my Test being over 1500 the thing that caught me eye was my estradiol was twice the normal level. Now, I never used am AI while on cycle. Never had any sides. I know, I know. Probably stupid to wait until I did. Always had a proper PCT when coming off. Just wondering if if I should get on some Armidex from our sites sponsor to bring those levels back into check? According to my research, .5 mg. every other day should suffice. Ur thoughts?

Getting the Adex is a great idea. When people, including myself, give out AI dose recommendations we are almost doing it arbitrarily. I usually recommend a starting dose of .25mg EOD because that is just a slightly low dose.

I would start with something similar to the .25mg EOD and adjust accordingly. By adjust I mean use it for a couple weeks and get BW done again. That is the only real way to get the exact dose that you will need for that cycle. Once you get the hang of how much of an AI you need for your various cycles the rest is downhill. If anyone tells you a specific dose they are just giving you a good starting point. Since every is different one dose will not fit all with any AI.

.25 eod is a good starting point while you are on cycle and then adjust accordingly based on sides or bloodwork preferably.

I never claimed to not be too wordy I suppose. I need to be more concise.

Should I be "feeling" anything after a few days when I start? Loss of water retention? Etc?

You will not really see anything drastic.
You obviously know blood work is true tell unless you are having sides.

Usually when you feel something it is too late and your estro levels are crashing (my experience anyway). Bloodwork is def the smart way to gauge things.
