    Need some help from some Stage Experienced Bodybuilders.

    Okay so I will be stepping on stage in 4 weeks and I have about everything nailed down on my current cycle except a few questions about what to use in the final couple weeks before stepping on stage. Right now I am running Test Prop 400mg pw, Tren Ace 700mg Pw, Mast Prop 700mg Pw, Epistane ph Just started at 40mg ed, and plan on starting winstrol inj at 50mg ed the final 3 weeks. Now right now I plan on staying on everything minus the prop which I will drop 2 weeks out, through out the entire show. Im currently using Aromasin ed at 3mg I don't need much because if I do anymore then that I feel just horrible and fatigued all day. So my question is everyone says to start taking 2.5mg letro two weeks out and through the show to dry out, But when I have taken letro before in a previous cycle to kill some gyno ( which was successful) I Felt like absolute shit and was depressed, fatigued and did not want to move all day, and when I would go to workout I could not get a pump in the gym to save my life. I am Guessing because my estrogen was crashed and the lack of sodium and water in the muscles. I have also heard of many other people having this issue when crashing their estrogen first sign is absolutely no pump in the gym. So how would it make sense to do this prior to competition ? How would u hold water or sodium in the muscles to get a pump before walking on stage ? This will be my first show and I want to nail this because I have worked my ass off to get to 205lb's 3.7% Bf and I don't want to mess it up with one simple chemical. So please someone guide me and walk me through these last couple weeks so I can present my hard work at its best !

    I won't comment on the chemical side of show prep. What are you doing for you diet and dial in? Water and carb cycle to deplete then add in dry carbs 24 hours from show to fill out. But you have to figure out how your body reacts with dialing in. I have a competitor who is salt sensitive and reacts well with simple carbs. He gets jelly beans before stepping in stage. He also gets fats and carbs day before. No salt though. You might react better to salt cycling. There are a million ways to dial in the best package for the stage. You just have to figure out what works best god you. I'd suggest taking a picture before a refeed documenting what you refeed with then a picture and hour after wasting and compare. Some people drink wine before stepping on stage. I was at a show a couple weeks ago and this guy was slamming shots of jack. To overcome stagefright and fill our. I wouldn't recommend this at all. The wine maybe but hard licks no way. Also I hope you're really working the posing. It's more important than you think and I was at a show I swear the comparisons were held for 10 minutes. You try holding a flex for that long. Lol. I swear the judges were having them flex until they pass out and last standing wins.

    I've won some pretty big titles but never used so much crap to get there.
    Some test and primo, anavar and dialed in nutrition with a proper carb load and that's it.
    Or test deca and anavar.

    Run right through the show no guessing the last week why you look like shit.
    But I have nothing to offer on what your doing.
