Whats the minimum amount of test for results.
Would like to know the minimum amount of test for a gain. I read in another post 150 mg a week was enough to possibly see gains. Anyone have some knowledgeable input. This is for a first timer. I have not posted stats because they will change when the time comes when I'm ready for gear.

150mg is a TRT/maintenance dose. 350 to 400 of pharm test would suffice. 500+ of UGL gear.

Like Austin said. 150 for maintenance (example if you are dead set on an oral cycle)
350-400 (500ugl) before you start getting gains from the test alone

"results" is a subjective term. What you view as results some one else might consider a failure. What is your goal? Thats the first step

Results is certainly subjective. Where are you starting from, how old are you?
I would say that someone who has not reached their "genetic potential" could easily see noticeable results from double a trt dose. I use a top quality Canadian ugl, and am confident that, at 300mg/week, many guys could be plenty happy.

lol. Pretty sure "results" when generalized means the ability to produce a better outcome than you would naturally. Goal is not relevant when generalizing.

All other factors being equal, someone using 300mg/week, and not already at a top level, would always see more muscle and strength gains than someone training naturally. That's indisputable.

my very first cycle i did 250mg of test e per week for 8 weeks and gained like 20lbs, ate everything in sight and trained really hard

Ok, sure. Yup. Everyone needs a minimum of 500mg of ugl test per week, to see any gains, despite many anecdotal, and real world claims, to the contrary. Anything less must just be a placebo effect, eh?
Coming from someone who "gets no effect from Tren ", and distrusts all(?) ugl's... Sounds legit!

I guess the smallest amount that puts you above your normal levels, for some that could technically be 100 mg. For me 150 would result in me crashing to well below 400 total t levels.

My first cycle I did 500mg test E weekly. My second cycle I used 250mg weekly and actually had better gains simply because my diet was better. I've run 4cycles since then with doses from 250-300mg. I'm finally up to taking 500mg on cycles now.
Honestly, I don't feel that the results are twice as good going from 250 to 500.
I'm obviously no pro, but that's my .02

Why do you want to know the minimum amount?
If it is for financial reason, you should spend your money on food instead. You will be injecting the same amount of times either way, why not just do a good proper cycle and be done with it. Kinda like having sex by just putting in the tip - you already got it in, why not just do it 100%?

using 250mgs / week would be more than doubling the most testosterone you will ever produce naturally. How that isn't considered sufficient to make nice gains I will never understand...

For my first cycle I ran 350mg of cyp and saw great results.
