HCG question

I'm new to this and been reading all over this site. I'm trying to understand the usage duration for hcg . According to the "how to come off steroids " on main page it states "It must be noted; hCG use must be limited; hCG abuse can be more damaging than most other types of performance abuse in a long-term sense. If you use too much or for too long, your body may become dependent on this LH mimicking action, and if this occurs, you may very well find a permanent low testosterone condition."

How long is too long? And if used on cycle, do I continue use up and through my pct? Do I change dosage amounts?

I recommend hCG on cycle. 200 to 250 IU twice weekly.
