    Pre-cycle Bloodwork Question

This will be my first cycle. 31 year old male, currently 165 lbs and have been weightlifting for about 10 years. I just got my bloodwork done, everything was in range except the following:

    RBC 4.13 (low) --- 4.14 to 5.80 x 10E6/uL (reference range)
    Hematocrit 36.6 (low) --- 37.5 to 51% (range)
    Platelets 403 (high) --- 155 to 379 x 10E3/uL (range)
    Creatinine, Serum 0.74 (low) --- 0.76 to 1.27 mg/dL (range)
    BUN/Creatinine Ratio 20 (high) --- 8 to 19 (range)

Should I be worried that these are out of range or just use everything as a baseline for the mid-cycle and post-cycle bloodwork? Any help is appreciated.

I've attach the bloodwork as well. Thanks!

Thombrocytosis can be a bad bad thing. You need to find out if it is reactive or active. Have you been taking epinephrine?

High platelet count side effect is it destroys Red Blood Cells. This is a type of anemia.. So your blood works makes sense but a doctor should take a look at it in my opinion.

Thanks for the replies. Haven't been taken epinephrine. My dr actually took a look couple days ago and noticed the high platelet levels but saw no concern. I'm guessing he took a look at my full medical profile to come to that conclusion? He wanted me to do another blood test in 6 months.

Think I should proceed with caution and use these numbers as a base?

Correct. It's the proper assay at least but it's tanked. Are you taking anything that would suppress this? Also you should consider some further BW on your thyroid to include FT3, FT4, RT3 and Antibodies. Your TSH is high even though it's within the given range, which is old. A more modern scale is .3 - 3.0. TSH is a weak indicator of thyroid health but it's still an indicator to look more.

I was taking E/C (ephedra/caffeine) stack but have stopped that a few days ago in anticipation of starting my first cycle.
