So I calculated my macros yesterday and they were:
Carbonhydrates: 315g
Proteins: 223g
Fats: about 54g
KCALs: 3019
And yes my kcals have been little low. I added one more meal to my daily intake which was liver casserole

and it gave me about 650 kcals more with milk. So before this my kcals must have been only about 2500-2600 kcals/day.
And this value can vary like before adding that liver casserole to diet. Maybe I'm eating too clean? Sometimes I eat some "rubbish" but isn't that good for getting calories?
Today was a leg day, but no free weights this time, still going with a pretty heavy weights. Tried some bench after my workout and felt pretty light. Anyway maybe strenght is still going to increase..?
