    My third cycle

    I started my third cycle 4 weeks ago with sustanon 500mg/week. I wonder is my body rejectin susta or should I still wait for better strenght gains, because strenght isn't REALLY showing yet?

    Anyway I noticed my sexual drive went up in week 2 and I started to sweat more in bedtime aswell. Pumps are GREAT in gym.

    I've gained about 4 lbs, and I'm eatin good, lot of rice, chicken, italian pot with (10% bovine meat), maltodextrine with whe protein, quark, eggs about 10 during the day, milk, lot of water, some porridge in the mornings (mostly in weekends) because I so lazy I just drink my mixed whey/maltodextrine in the morning. Sometimes I eat just pizza

    I also have couple of small acne pimples in my upper body but nothin more, I haven't noticed water retention neither I suppose.

    But still I'm waiting some strenght.. This is my first susta cycle. Test e before wich gave me pretty good strenght gains and some water retention.

    What do you guys think?

    What are ur stats?
    Is ur gear under dosed? (bloodwork will tell)
    How many calories are u eating?
    How long ago did u do ur last cycle?

    I'm 5'7,5", 186 lbs around 20% bodyfat (yeah fat a bit). Susta should be legit and haven't done bloodwork what comes with test values. I quess I'm eating around 3000 kcals/day and mostly chicken, rice (brown and jasmin), eggs, bovine meat, oatmeal, quark, cottage cheese, maltodextrin and whey protein, and some sallad and fruits of course.

    I've always been trainig hard and still training. I usually do 6-10 reps/set and then 8-15 reps/set in the next week alternately training about 6-9 sets/bodypart. Usually traided only 3 times/week, but now I change it to 4 times a week.

    And my last cycle with test e was almost a two years ago.

    If after 4 weeks you've only gained 4 lbs and you are not noticing any strengths gains, your gear may very well be bunk. Your diet sounds great, but have you calculated your TDEE's? Additionally, I would recommend tracking your macro's instead of guessing. I can't speak for everyone, but it seems like most people overestimate their macro's without having a solid discipline of counting them as a source of contrast.

    3000 kcal is estimated value. Maybe I should try to calculate them (I hate it)

    I'm sorry actually I have been a full 3 weeks on susta now, my mistake. So it was 7th injection today.

    I'm still a bit wondering but hopeful. And still believing my gear is legit. Manufacturer can't be uncovered and described?

    So I calculated my macros yesterday and they were:

    Carbonhydrates: 315g
    Proteins: 223g
    Fats: about 54g
    KCALs: 3019

    And yes my kcals have been little low. I added one more meal to my daily intake which was liver casserole and it gave me about 650 kcals more with milk. So before this my kcals must have been only about 2500-2600 kcals/day.
    And this value can vary like before adding that liver casserole to diet. Maybe I'm eating too clean? Sometimes I eat some "rubbish" but isn't that good for getting calories?

    Today was a leg day, but no free weights this time, still going with a pretty heavy weights. Tried some bench after my workout and felt pretty light. Anyway maybe strenght is still going to increase..?

    please dont take this wrong but cmon man.

    You have been on this cycle for 3 weeks and you have noticed your sex drive increase already and gained 4 lbs. The strength comes with training and time.
    Steroids are not magic beans, you do not all of sudden get stronger 3 weeks into a short/long ester test cycle.

    get your macros in line, train more then 4 days on cycle per week and start squating. no free weights on leg day? no press or squat?
    think we may of found a problem. what is your training split look like?

    Yeah bro that looks to be ur problem...IMO Your protein should be around 325-350 grams...and ur calories should be at least up another 500 (lean bulk) above ur TDEE.. What's ur TDEE...

    as long as your "rubbish" has nutritional density. For example if u ice cream, potato chips, French fries to meet u calorie count, then ur going to be a fat pig lol... But if u eat something like a burrito or a sub like 2-3 a week its not going to hurt ur diet on cycle. Remember steroids will only work behind a strong training program and solid diet..     Good lord I was afraid you say eat more that and that I try to get more PROTEIN. I know that you can get some fat on bulk and that's why I want to eat as lean as possible to avoid getting more fat. My next goal is to burn some fat after this cycle and maybe with test.

    Mon: Chest, triceps, biceps and some forearms
    Tue: Legs front
    Thu: Delts, back
    Fri: Legs back

    And yes I do squats but not every time, my ass is so big already Yeah maybe I should do it every time.

    I calculated my TDEE and it's about 2580 cals/day.

    I can't help but feel that your leg workout(s) in the aforementioned format is totally inadequate. I believe that you should perform one solid leg workout, once per week. It would include heavy squats, heavy leg presses, leg extensions and curls (you guessed it, heavy), as well as calf raises. After that, you won't need (or want) to perform resistance training with them again until the following week, and you will see gains this way. I just don't believe that splitting your leg workout into two separate sections is in any way advantageous to the growth thereof. Work chest one day, back one day, triceps/biceps another day, and something in the form of cross-training a fifth day. That's my advice at least.

    I'll try that split BBrian, it sounds good. Maybe some cross training also.

    I almost forget how actually hard this is! Thanks for your time and maybe I'll be back!
