I have been seriously boxing for the past 8 years. I eat a clean diet and train 6-7 days a week (twice/ day for 4 or 5 of them). My stats are 5’10 / 72kg / approx. 14% body fat. I tend to hang on to fat easily despite working extra hard and eat smart (normally 2000-2300 cals/day of 40/30/30 pro/carbs/fat split into 3 small meals and 2-3 snacks).
I did two courses before. First a test prop only 10 week course & for my second course round 5 months ago I did a 10 week course of Test prop+Equipoise. I am 29 years old. Have been training weights/football/swimming etc... for at least 12 years.
I now want to start my 3rd course. I am going to try and work more on seeing appreciable results on my body composition while keeping mass and also to help with my training intensity (I feel sore and sometimes lethargic with all these hard sessions). I would like to keep my 72 kg but gain muscle and lose fat so I will be around 8% or so fat with increased power. I have opted for Test E + Winstrol. I have already bought the stack and have everything in hand. I have 9 weeks worth of Test E and 8 weeks worth of Winnie.
I was looking at a 10 week course as below:
- Test E 500mg : Twice / Week 1
- Test E 250mg : Twice / Weeks 2-9
- Winstrol 50mg : ED Weeks 4-11
- Aromasin (Exemestane) 12.5mg : EOD Weeks 2-11
- HCG 250iu: Twice / Weeks 5-11
- Animal pak multi vits : ED Weeks 1-15
- Omega 3 Fish oil: Weeks 1-15
- Chitosamine + Chondriotion + MSM: Weeks 1-15
PCT (Start 2 week (week 11) after last Test E injection):
- Nolva (40mg ED for 1 week then 20mg for another 3 weeks)
- Clomid (100mg ED for 1 week then 50mg for another 3 weeks)
- ZMA
- Aspartic Acid Natural test booster
I have a few questions for you comrades here I hoped you could help me with.
1) How does the cycle look to you and what would you change (mainly dosages/times)?
2) What should I expect differently as compared to my first course (strength/libido/mood etc..)?
