Need help with my second cycle Test Prop and Tren
Starting my second cycle.
First cycle was Test Prop and Winny.
My buddy can hook me up with some good deals but only with what he has on hand which is extra so
This cycle im going with Test Prop and Tren Ace 8 week cycle
For my PCT i have Clomid and Nolvadex
Stats
Male, been lifting for about 9 years now but serious lifting about 3 years
25
5'9
185 lbs
19% BF
Goals
Im trying to pack on muscle but im more looking into a cut and trying to lose BF
Trying to pack on as much lean muscle as possible
also trying to cut BF as much as possible
For my diet ive been doing Keto off and on for the past 2 months , along with intermittent fasting.
20g or less of carbs a day,
92g of fat a day
150g of protein a day
comes out to about 1500 cal a day
I like to run a few miles every days clears my head and do HIIT to help with the BF
Basically i need help with dosing, with my stats and diet. My first cycle i ran with a close friend who pretty much did almost everything for me from dosing to even pinning me. Since he was a close friend i trusted him and didnt worry about dosing and when to start my PCT (3 days after last test prop inject) But my friend is moving to another state for work for a few months and im doing it on my own and I need help with how to dose it for my stats

You don't need tren on your 2nd cycle way overboard.
You need to drop your bf before starting the cycle.
You also need to sort your diet out and get a solid one established before cycling.

Your goals are unrealistic, you will not become shredded from tren at 19% AND gain lean mass on 1500 cals. Tren for a 2nd cycle?....tsk tsk. No, and Keto on and off for 2 months means your not doing keto more like a low carb diet that u keep cheating on. Your post shows you have a ton to learn on aas and tren but id reccomend starting off in the nutrition forums and get your diet in check before going to aas again.

Marcus is right U do not need tran on second cycle.im glad i did listen to him months back
Take down your bf to 15 then test and maybe some anavar
That will take care of You
But diet is the key
See what Your tdee is and go 500 under
Unfortunately everybody wants to achieve everything overnight
If u 90 % true to your diet U should be able to do 2-3% cut of your bf% in a month thats with 5 days weight 5 days cardio
Is it easy?? Noooo
If it was everybody would be 12% bf
But hard work and discipline U can get there

Never rely on anyone to
Get your gear
Tell you what to take
Tell you how much to take
And to pin you
You need to figure out all these things on your own based on your goals and educate yourself with what your putting in your body. Relying on anyone for these things means you will be ****ed once theyre gone.

thanks for advice. im no seasoned pro when it comes to gear so im take in your feedback and do some more research on my own. so what would you guys recommend for a good 2nd cycle? when im trying to put on lean hard gains and give an extra little boost to drop the BF with a cycle. besides the test prop and anavar ?

Why don't you try a test only cycle and do it properly?
Your diet will be the dictator of your results but trying to cut and bulk in 1 short cycle isn't going to yield anywhere near the results you want.
Cut or bulk, pick one, not both.
