    Shotputter , cycle questions

    I am a shot putter , and I would like to do a cycle on my off season to gain some mass for my next outdoors season ..
    Im thinking of a beginners test cycle ...
    But id like to do just one cycle .... Is there any point in doing just a single cycle .... and would I keep any gains ?

    Easy. Perfect cycle is to take advantage of your natural testosterone and try learning about diet and training. This is what puts someone out on top.

    and you can pm me if you like and i'll send you one of these handy dandy macro calculators that will do almost everything except go to the grocery store and shove food in your mouth. Go TDEE + 500cals/day plus an intense workout schedule, and you should be green to go:
