    Prepping for my first cycle.

    Good afternoon. I will be 37 when I plan on doing the cycle. I am currently about 260 around 19-22% BF and I am on a very serious cut to get my body fat below 15% before I start any cycle. My ultimate goal is to get to 10-12%.

    Currently I am on TRT taking 200mg per week split into two doses so 100mg on Monday and 100mg on thursday (TestC) and .25mg of liquidex 2x per week. I would like to do a blast cycle in September after I see my doctor. I was planning on blasting on 500mg per week of TestE and keep my 200 of TestC the same for a total of 700mg per week. Fist is it ok to take the TestC together with the TestE and Second is it reasonable to take 700mg per week seeing as I am cursing on 200 now.

    I was planning on purchasing my supplies now to get ready. Would this type of blast and cruise need a PCT or can I just keep my 200mg of TestC and be good?

    Either PCT or TRT. If you are on TRT, then absolutely no need to PCT. Your body doesn't make test anymore, so what is there to jump start?

    700mg/week is a little high imho. Using the "less is more" approach, I'd suggest only 500mg/week.

    But...........

    ...are you really ready to cycle?

    Your body fat indicates a lack of nutritional knowledge, and possibly a lack of gym time as well.

    Have you the several years in the gym toughening up your body?

    Are your connective tissues ready for the additional strain? Tendons/Ligaments can take a few years to toughen up. If they are not ready, you will be at risk of injury, which will then lead to 6 months of rehab, and then you asking about TB500 to accelerate the healing process.

    Don't make the newb mistake of becoming impatient, and cycling before you are ready. instead, continue to focus on your nutrition and exercise routines in the gym.

    Times: Am I ready right now, no I am not. Strength training history: High school football and wresting, graduate school - 27 high volume hypertrophy type program. 27-34 didn't do much besides get married and fat. I got up to about 315 lbs and 30%BF or so. I have been lifting now consistently for the past three years. first year doing a lot of cardio and kettlebell workouts. The past two years have been some high volume some powerlifting type of programs. This past august I decided i needed to quit trying to lift heavy and get my BF under more control. I began by doing an IF protocol which got me from 285 to 265 but went up to 275 again when I set my macros off of the TDEE. I recently hired a nutrition coach to keep me accountable. I know I could have set those macros myself I do better under the guidance of someone else. My macros are 265pro 185 cho and 60 fat. I have just completed my fourth week and have lost about 13-15 lbs.

    I wanted to do a blast in September if I could get under 14-15%BF tested by a Bodpod. I am not really sure if there is a strength goal I should be hitting before I introduce a blast.
