    New here, need some advice from experienced guys

    Hows it going. Ill get straight to it...
    26 yrs old
    215 lbs
    6'2"
    15% bf
    training and dieting for 8 years but only seriously for 2.

    Im considering getting serious if you know what i mean.... My question for you guys that have been around the block... maybe older than me... would you continue to lift naturally? I dont think ive platued... yet... in 2 years ive gone from 190 at 12% to 215 at15%ish. Should i keep doing?Ive been studying and doing research for two years and feel pretty confident in my knowledge. Ive been tinkering with this for over the last two years. Just looking for some opinions.

    Also another question and ive read enough to know how funny this sounds but... lets say i just want to run 1-3 simple cycles. Will i be able to keep my gains long term? Assuming i continue to lift heavy and eat atleast at maintenance? I dont know if i want to go through all the trouble if im not adding perminant muscle.
