Im considering getting serious if you know what i mean.... My question for you guys that have been around the block... maybe older than me... would you continue to lift naturally? I dont think ive platued... yet... in 2 years ive gone from 190 at 12% to 215 at15%ish. Should i keep doing?Ive been studying and doing research for two years and feel pretty confident in my knowledge. Ive been tinkering with this for over the last two years. Just looking for some opinions.
