I just started an HGH & Test E cycle this past week and need some input. Running HGH at 4IU, four days on, two days off. 500mg of Test E three times a week. I plan on running HGH 4-6 months & Test E for 8 weeks. My overall goal is to build lean muscle and lose body fat. I could also use nutritional advice for this cycle.
How many cycles u have under your belt?
Any ai?
Pct plans?
With test e dont have to do 3 injection
2 will be fine,1 less pin is better
it would be better to drop your bf to around 15 - 16% before hand.
get your diet sorted out and try to make sure you maxed out on what your body can give before using AAS or any cycles.
also at 33 using gh is not recommended given the fact your body still produces enough quantities on its own.
but then if you are intent on running the cycle and will not heed to any advice given as to not using, then run gh (assuming we are talking REAL PHARM GRADE gh) a couple of months before introducing AAS. id say 4 to 5 months prior with a good diet and you will see some BF dropping and some metamorphosis on the muscle level at which point introducing AAS would yield even better results...think hyperplasia and hypertrophy of the muscles.
if its your first cycle, and you are not sure about GH, drop it alltogether bro. not worth it. stick to Test alone. Austinite has a great post about first cycles that ought to get u all prepped out and on the go. as VEgas Bdy pointed out you need to have your PCT ready, your AIs on hand to go along the cycle etc. dont make the mistake of burning this bridge as first cycle can be MAGNIFICENT and yield EXCELLENT results if well planned and carried out.
again: first cycle, stick to Test alone. AI on cycle, PCT when done.
DIET DIET DIET. have your macros well balanced.
GH to be kept till > 40 years. not now. but if you must run, again watch your diet. run gh a couple of months prior AAS to get optimal results.

If you go into the pct section there are alot of examples of a pct and you really should familiarize yourself with the protocols and what can be expected. Here is an example of a pct you could follow:
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
AAS refers to androgenic anabolic steroids.

British dragon is the name of an UGL, under ground lab. Sorry to say what you have is not hgh. At best it's hcg at worst it could be any number of things they are using now days to simulate some of the known side effects of HGH.
Real HGH is VERY hard to find, trust me, I have wasted several $K in the last few years. 99% of what is known to be good sources are fake. The only way I will order HGH again is via prescription.
So you're using 1,500 mg of test per week?

How long ago did you start? That will depend on a lot. If you only started a week or so ago then just stop now and wait until you get everything on hand then you can start again without much of anything to worry about as long as you have your diet and training in check of course.
You can also extend your cycle out to 12 weeks instead of 8.
