    A little advice please

I'll start off with my stats I'm 22. 5'5 I weigh 140lbs at 10 percent bfi. I've ran 2 cycles. My first was 8 weeks of cypionate .. A good friend recommended that over a year ago. He didn't mention an anti e. And he passed on shortly after. So I had to scramble for advice. My second was test 400 for 12 weeks. I'm a month off now. Loved it! No sides and good weight gain added on 8lbs lean Mass. I'm looking to get on the t train and wanted advice on does Doseage. Could i do 50 to 75mg eod of ace and prop at 50 eod? I read that keeping test low helps in the 'laws of tren '...

You are too young to be using steroids . Your endocrine system has not fully devolped and your bones are still growing. Using AAS will cause irreversible harm to your body.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but regardless of your age, you're not ready for a tren cycle. You need more experience with test only. Emphasis at any age should be on training and diet not AAS.

You're pretty young for cycling. You say you've had no sides. Did you have bw done?

As for height I stopped growing freshman year. So my bones aren't doing anything. With my nf1 condition it stopped all that. That's why I'm jumping in.

Let us know if you get any sides from Tren . There are young guys on the forum lamenting about limp units after running Tren.

    Are you on an AI?
    Do you run HCG ?
    What was your PCT?
Any pre, during or post BW?

You need to learn to eat and simply be patient. Growth will come. Don't screw yourself up.

Hmmm where have I heard that before? Oh yeah, every one who is 20 says that as an excuse to do aas. Well I'm here to tell you that you grow a LOT longer than you think. Do you think height is all the growing you do? Take a lot at pictures of most kids/people who are 16, 18, 20, 25 and notice how much wider they have grown as in their shoulders being wider. it's not all about how tall you are and if you fuse your growth plates early you just shut down a lot of natural size of how good you will look. What looks better, a guy with wide/broad shoulders or narrow like a girl?

Besides bones it's your hpta, hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis (also HPG axis) refers to the effects of the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, and gonads. You really dont want to screw that up while it's still trying to develope to maturity somewhere around 25+ or it may not recover properly causing premature ED, soft erections, low libido. Not much fun looking all buff and not being able to get it up for the ladies.

5'5" 140lbs and 2 cycles is still real light. You need to focus on diet/nutrition for the next couple of years and you will get 10x more out of it than doing cycles. You wont have to worry about any negative side effects as I listed above. You wont have to worry about loosing any of your gains or water retention as well as not having to worry about going through depression when off cycle or during pct.
