Advice please.
Not come here to get blasted. Just want some advice.
I'm looking to cut fat, so doing the main things. Clean diet, intense weights and cardio 5/6 times a week.
Just started my first cycle on monday (26th may). I wanted to do the Beginner steroid cycle with the additional winstrol which is posted on this website.
Winstrol Addition:
Week 1-12 Testosterone -Enanthate or Testosterone-Cypionate : 250mg-500mg per week
Week 7-12 Winstrol 50mg every other day
Week 13-15 you will take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out
Week 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg per day
Week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg per day
Well instead I've been advised to use test + deca but as I've been researching about deca, I see a lot of water retention etc. I would just like to ask is there a way of preventing this? or should I stop taking the deca and if i do will this affect me in anyway?
Also if I carry on taking for the deca would I stop taking it on the 6th week and add in winstrol or keep taking it?
Really need you advice guys as I am a beginner and new to this all. I've really been trying hard to research as much as possible.

Nope never cycled before. Yes I know its 99% diet, I'm using the steroids to train a lot more intense also and retain muscle mass. Yeah I've read winstrol can be pretty pointless if a high body fat. I'm 5'7, 190lb and around 15 bf. So thats why I'm abit put off about the winstrol etc incase its ineffective as of my highish bf. Will deca retain masses amount of water and blow me up or will it be minimal or does it depends on diet and body etc?
Could I just stop the deca and carry on with the test?
Thanks for the reply though buddy.

You know what man. Thank you for that, I didnt want to do them cause of my age in the first place. It just my sport needs them which I'm told by coaches etc.
Should I just stop them completely or do some sort of pct?

Rugby league. The sport is rife with it but what sport isn't.
All the first teamer are on it, coaches just say if you cant beat um join them. I just felt pressured and what kid my age doesn't want to make a break through into there sport.

I hear you man it's tough stuff and feel for you.
You need to ask yourself how important is this to you?
Worth possibly not having kids?
Having to go on trt for rest of your life?
Get puffy nipples or even possible milk leaking out of your nipples (yes it does happen to some people)
Loosing you hair
The list goes on and the risk % is higher for someone your age.
Your test levels at 19 yr are still thru the roof and will be till around 25.
Just read a much as you can
Sorry man you are in tough spot just not worth your health and your life

Good choice on waiting. I know it's tough especially when you want to compete and it feels like you have to do something now but trust us, it's not worth it in the long run especially with the risks associated at your age.
Everyone likes to think it wont happen to me but truth be told it happens to a LOT more than people know because most people never tell anyone, most never ask for help due to being embarrassed because they were warned or they just don't know where to turn for help.
There are also a lot of people who dont even know they have a problem for several years and never put 2+2 together that one lead to the other. A lot of the guy when end up on trt in their 30s are from doing cycle when younger and damaging their hpta.
The best you can do is learn more about diet. There is a LOT to be gained with proper eating. That has always been the #1 thing that put most on top along with genetics of course but diet is key. If you put have the money and research into learning how to eat properly (dont just rely on one nutritional) and learn what works best for you then you will make a lot of gains.

Finally another smart young man!!! I didn't think we was going to get another smart young guy considering all the others here in the last few weeks. Good decision op, listen to what each of these guys said cause it's right on. It's not worth your health, and in more calories and at your age you should be able to add slabs of muscle at your age. Good luck!
