The best way it to get blood work done about 3 weeks into cycle to test your E2 levels and adjust your AI accordingly.
Dont just got by how you feel unless you are very sensitive and know your body well. I dont feel much of anything due to high E2 and have sensitive at almost 300.

It's supposedly pharm grade so I may need less of a dose

Youll feel it, if the pump are just so intense that you cant train, then its too much.
Good luck giant.
Keep a log of this

Most people start at 50mg the first week and work up to maybe 100mg but yeah you should be able to feel the pump and if you take to much you wont feel very good, stomach ache and light headed I think.

Could the var be kicking in already? Forearm and low back pumps today which I usually don't experience. It's been called pharm grade by a few vets on another board.
I'm at 60mg/day
