    Exclamation Sore lump on glute

Hey guys been awhile since I've posted but need some information.
On fifth week of test e pinned right glute 2 days ago and a big lump has formed my my right glute. I've been on and off pinning this site. I use 1.5 inch needle and 25 gauge. I've had lumps before but they have went away from avoiding pinning this spot. This one however is sore and bigger than normal. There is no signs of redness, fever, or tenderness. I'd like to think it will go away but just getting some good info would be appreciated! I've also heard of sterile abscesses. Can anyone elaborate more on this? Is it a concern?

    Stop pinning that spot.
Doesnt sound like an infection so just use a heating pad and massage it.
If it was a sterile abscesses it would not go away. Maybe gear just does not absorb good in that spot for some reason.

Thanks! I'm going to stop pinning there all together. Hoping it goes away in a week or so. If it doesn't what's my next step?

I agree, could be that you have inflamed scar tissue and that your gear is not absorbing well from that spot. Heating pad and rub that lump out.
