Yes, but be careful with them. The stronger diuretics can cause severe cramping at inconvenient times.

Nausea on orals usually results from taking them on an empty stomach. But I'd like to see your answers to the above three questions.

I take the diuretic to control my water retention...no medical reason.

I think I have figured out what the issue was...I am pretty sure the nausea was from too high dose of liquid prami.

well, that can certainly open a can of worms you ordinarily would not have to deal with. if it's just water weight you are worried about, then why bother? You a pro getting ready for a competition?

with diuretics, you can easily deplete many essential micro nutrients including electrolytes.

Unless you have a really good reason, I'd suggest skipping the diuretics.

^the reason I bother is there are not enough old bulls watching out for the next generation in the gym. There is way too much out there available that can really mess with you.
