    clen and receptor ...

ok , I'm on clen for 1 month now (4 days on , 3 days off ) and it seems that the stimulating effect is still there but I don't feel the heat anymore ... How long should I quit in order to reset my receptor ?

    well, you cycle it.

on cycle lasts 2 to 4 weeks, at which time, your receptors will become desensitized. then take a one to two month break.

If you ran keto with it you could cycle it longer and at a smaller dose.... Food for thought.

^maybe so, but who really wants to stay on clen for lengthy periods of time? clen may be a good way to quickly shed a % or two of BF, but it really is a poor substitute for a clean diet. most underappreciate the impact a good clean diet can have (and I KEEP forgetting/ignoring this).

    Good luck Nicolas

are you really sticking to 1700cals/day? and you are hitting all your needed grams of protein?

if so, you should quickly lose weight. MY TDEE is about 3050 cals/day

but when Buster said "Keto", he didn't mean the diet. He meant Ketoifen
