    Cardio on tren

    Is cardio good to do while on tren , is it to hard on body, or is it a waste of time?

    every one will have their opinion on this one.

    but with me, If I'm trying to gain, I'm not going to put much energy into cardio.

    Ok thanks roman and dave! Was thinking of starting Ju-Jitsu again but will put on hold. It's the most intense cardio ever done.

    Some people experience lethargy while on tren which makes cardio difficult. Also the pumps can get pretty intense and depending on what youre doing can also make things difficult.

    Yes and yes. Tren is sucking my energy and the pumps are limiting my ROM.

    I do cardio year round the heart needs it's healthy workout too. But when on tren HOLYSHIT it's tough to do. It's not the pumps that kill me I just can't seem to catch my breath. But if you're cutting on tren and you push yourself on HIIT cardio it's amazing to see the changes and how rapidly they can happen.

    Eat meticulous, train ridiculous for best results.

    I agree, that cardio is very difficult on Tren because you can't frigen breathe. Forget about doing Jits as you will get crushed because you won't be able to breathe. Tren is great for some things but sucks for others. I'm taking a REALLY low dose now of 200mg/week and my cardio is in the toilet. Trying to lean out so cardio is a must but it's pure torture.

    Im two weeks in and I just did 20 min of punhing bag workout and believe me I was sweating as hell!!!
    I was wetter(is that even a word...) than in the shower and it was hard to follow...

    So yes cardio is affected in most people.
