    Starting my first cycle...

    hey everyone,

so after reading "My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle" post multi times and understanding the reason for every step, i decided to go for it. i am planning on doing my first cycle ever next week, step by step as its posted in the "My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle" form.

i have a good meal plan in place, which i have been following already, and a good 6 day workout plan (5 days resistance training and 1 day 20-30 min cardio)

    my question is for those who did a 12 week cycle of testosterone enanthate ;

    >>> What results can i be expecting from this cycle? (gains) <<< for help i added my stats

    age 25
    height 5'11
    weight 190 LBS
    body fat 10-11%

thanks for your time and support

Results will vary per person. If you want to get the most out of your cycle, your nutrition and training will be the biggest determinants.

How long how you been training consecutively?
What are your goals for the cycle?
How many calories above your TDEE will you be consuming daily?
What does your training plan look like?

Gear is the icing on the cake. Everything else is the foundation and if the foundation isn't strong, your results won't be.

i have been training for a while, 5 days a weeks. everyday focusing a different muscle group.

my goal is to cut down on body fat % and gain muscle mass.

    BMR is:1825
    TDEE is: 2670

my training plan is working a different muscle group daily, 6-8 exercises (depending on group) 4 sets, 12-14 reps.

Only one way to find out. results will vary. The more effort you put in the gym and the kitchen the better the results.

    training for awhile?

that means different things to different people.

To me it means at least a half dozen hard years in the gym.

What does it mean to you????
