Prop, Sus, Equipoise 8 week cycle
Hey all!
Haven't been on here for around a year!
I'm thinking of doing a quick 8 week cut before a bali holiday but not sure if I should do it naturally or jump on a low dose.
All my previous cycles have been lean bulk with logs that have been kept and diet always in check.
Training has for the last year and will be 3 days of weights per week with 2 intense MMA sessions.
I have been eating 70% clean the last year and all the cardio has kept my body fat reasonable at 15-17% roughly.
STATS
28yo
5'9
191lbs/87kgs
1 test P and 2 test E only cycles experience
Training 4 days plus for 8 years now
Cycle plan is
prop week 1-3 eod
sus week 3-8 e3d
equ week 1-8 (front loaded) mixed evenly into test shots
Test (prop and sus) run at 350mg per week and equ at 200mg per week
I will do a one week transition for prop to sus in week 3
PCT 2 weeks after final pin
Tamox 40/40/20/20/20
clomid 35/35/35/35/35
Thoughts on the cycle?
Sus e3d or e4d? never tried sus but with test e e4d worked well
My goal is to drop bf while maintaining muscle mass and am liking what I'm hearing about equ and cardio
