REAL Anavar VS fake stuff?

Hello all!

I am a new female member (first post) and was hoping someone could please give me some advice regarding the quality of an ANAVAR product.

There seems to be a few dodgy rip-offs out there (Var-10?), however I just found this product:
ANAVAR BY MEDITECH PHARMA 10MG X 50


This looks like the real deal to me but I was wondering if I could please get some feedback from someone more experienced than myself, or someone who might have used this exact product? Is this decent, human grade anavar?

Last question, does anyone have a rough idea of how long it should take for a female taking 10mg/day to see some visible results with a 5 day weights split and a fair bit of cardio? I am 29, 145lb (18% BF) and 5"8.

The best thing you can do is get a test kit from labmax. They are only about $20. I ordered one recently.

Most anavar is faked using Dbol or even Tbol because they are cheap. For men it's not big deal, just a waste of money and different results but for a woman it's a big deal

So my best bet is probably to give this stuff a go and get a test kit? Thanks for the advice
