I've had my wife on three cycles (currently her third). First cycle was 10mg/ * 6wk. Second and third cycle were 25mg/d * 6wks. Add 1200-1800mg NAC per day with cycle.Originally Posted by jason559

Better do a bit of reading as well to understand what anavar does and how to get the best results.
Your wife's nutrition will dictate results more than anavar.
