First Cycle Help

I started my cycle 3 weeks ago and it currently goes as follows:

300mg Deca and 400mg Test 400 injected every 5 days.
25mg Dbol ED
30mg Nolvadex ED

I'm 5'11" and current weight is around 170 with a very lean build

After reading this websites guidlines for this particular stack (Intermediate Cycle #1), I'm pretty sure I should be have been doubling my current dose of Dbol from the start, but I'm a total newb so I really have no idea when it comes to my size ratio. Also, it's pretty clear Nolvadex isn't the correct Anti I should be taking right now because I'm starting to experience a bit of gyno and some bloating in the face. I'm naturally very lean so I want to especially cut out the bloating ASAP. I'll be getting Arimidex and will just save the Nolvadex for my PTC. I need some help getting my doses right!

Just curious (I'm new to this as well). How did you know what compounds to put together if you've never cycled before. If you did your research you'd see test only for a first cycle. That's a big stack for a first timer and not recommended at all.

I would highly recommend stopping immediately and doing a lot more research before using AAS.

I'm 26 and yes this is my first STACKED cycle I should have said. I've been on anavar before but that's it. My supply will run me for another 2 weeks and I'm on the fence if I will continue after that depending on my results. I do know that test and deca is commonly stacked. My buddy at work is the one who set me up with the gear, he's been using them for years but he's just one person and I obviously think I'd get a lot more information here. He didn't mention HCG either.

the "big guy at gym" or "my buddy sold me this" is bad period.
a pct product on cycle
No hcg
To much on first cycle
No ai
Stop deca now if you are going to do it any way just run test-ai-hcg and proper pct.
Good luck and next time do your own research don't just trust people because they could be doing things wrong themselves

Ok I'll cut out the deca and will be getting Arimidex . I thought HGC was used for ptc? Should I be running it during cycle as well too?
